This week our Instagram account got shutdown. Kat’s goddess paintings get taken down for showing nipples. And Sally Rooney’s books have just been pulled from UK shops. So we’re talking censorship, and who really gets to decide what women can say and show.

We dig into Meta’s double standards (calling women property is fine, a painted nipple isn’t), and how the male gaze has been coded into the machine. Then the bit that really matters: how we’ve all started censoring ourselves before anyone else has to. Meta is the new watcher, and the good girl is still being told to behave.
